having a really good time with the hares that I have found even been able to study there food preference most of my shots are taken in a game strip which is mostly corn but the Hares seem to like the weeds that are growing in it which will please the shoot no end.

Not sure if you have over adjusted the colour balance, it looks a touch too blue on my screens, still a nice intimate image, it just needs a touch of old fashioned warming up filter :toast: :toast:

Hi Keith, not a huge fan of square crops, but this does work, although I might have moved the crop up a tad, however leaving room for 'virtual' legs this is fine. The critical sharpness is not quite there for me and I'm not sure if the FP was on the back rather than slap bang on the eye? I would drop some magenta in the same way as you do the blue, likewise perhaps the green? I would then add some black vi a curves and some Selective colour just to give it a bit more 'oomph & pop'. You may also feel a little NR might be helpful to. Great to see you getting out & about and taking advantage of the 'Summer'. Well done. :toast:

Minor nits covered Keith on what is a very fine hare image. Love the intimacy on this one.

I like the chomp and overall feel, colour easily sorted if you are so inclined :toast: :toast: :toast:

Nits covered but apart from that a lovely hare image. Nice pose and I like the vegetation in the foreground. :wavey:

Thanks guys must say these old eyes of mine can't see the colour problem it looks the way I wanted it to look but agree it could be a tad sharper .

Apart from the coolness it works for me. They do love their greens and as with roe they tend to stick to grass and weeds rather than crop. :toast:

Comp works for me Keith and I love the demure look of the hare. A tiny thing but I would remove the fly from just behind the hares head
