poor service from badger graphic ...!!

unlike virtually everything that i have read about badger graphic, i have been recently disappointed by badger graphic. i bought a camera & three lenses from them but never received them despite a number of emails that i have sent to the usually helpful and friendly jeff.

does anyone have other contacts within badger graphic (other than the info@badgergraphic.com) so that i may continue to follow this up?

Stuart, sorry to hear about your recent delay in seeing your purchase from Badger. I would do as Preston has suggested. It's always worth the price of a call if there is a lack of response through email As you stated in your comment above Jeff is extremely helpful and responsive.
I assume you do not have a tracking number on the shipment you've mentioned. If that is true maybe with a phone call you can obtain that information and it will put things back to a normal flow overall. Another question would be was this camera in stock or an as build time frame. Many of the LF units require manufacture time.
