Seasonal road closures set to reopen

UPDATE: All seasonal road closures are now open. That includes Trail Ridge Road, Independence Pass, Kebler Pass, Cottonwood Pass, and Mt. Evans.

Expect Trail Ridge and Mt. Evans to close periodically due to weather. The others generally will remain open from here until Oct/Nov.

Mark, thanks a lot. This kind of info always gets me excited this time of year. Driving home from work lately I've been dreaming of those nights when I can finally head straight from work and shoot sunset up on Mt. Evans and such! Bring it on!

Thanks for the update.

BTW - Mount Evans is currently closed. It is supposed to open (at least to Summit Lake) on Friday the 26th.

I called on Mt. Evans road. Rene is correct- May 26th.
