If you are using Safari and are having problems logging in, please delete all NPN cookies;
Safari > preferences > privacy then click on details and scroll to the npn cookie(s). click 'remove'.

Jim : thanks for all your efforts. Unfortunately Safari on my computer ( running the latest version of OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion ) still automatically logs me out after a short period, even after I have deleted all the cookies from NPN ( which I make sure I do by deleting all cookies ). I am reluctant to put a block on all website cookies, which I think I would have to do to prevent NPN's continuing to come down.
Firefox so far is now working ok, so I will happily use that for the time being ( though personally I do prefer Safari )
Are others still having problems with Safari and logging in ?

Jim thanks for posting how to delete the NPN cookies, definitely much easier than reseting safari every time I get logged out.

Jim, I'm having log in problems with Google Chrome. I have to log in every time I open NPN. Same fix?

I am having the same issues with Chrome. I have deleted all my cookies and browsing history, but maybe missed something?

I am using Chrome 28 on two different PCs with no issues.
To clear cookies in Chrome;
Settings > Clear Browsing data (button in Privacy section) > check the "Delete cookies" and "Empty the cache" buttons > click the "clear" button.

Update
OK, now I'm seeing it too. I can close and reopen Chrome multiple times in a row and stay logged in. But if I leave for a few hours, I have to log back in. I am only seeing this behavior with Chrome, not IE or Firefox.
With all the different browsers now in use and considering how they all behave differently, site updates are really a challenge!

Hi, I'm having that same problem with I.E and Firefox now, every tme I open NPN I have to log in, Jim knows about my problem. Anyone else having the same problem with I.E ?
