Identify
This was taken this last April in Morongo, in a wooded area next to a park. Morongo is near Palm Springs, but has a little higher elevation. It is considered high desert. The bird is standing next to a small trickling fountain that flows into a shallow bird bath pond. Tried to identify in Whatbird without success.
