Torch Tree EDIT 2-shot Sequence
Not fire, thank goodness, but sunset clouds positioned just right in this photo from a couple years ago. Arboretum, Seattle, 2011.

The cloud appears to be a mirror image of the tree. Nice position and timing!

Thanks, Steve. This scene evolved over time, and it was fun to wait and see what would happen. Here's a shot about 20 min to 1/2 hour before the one above. Here I was hoping the purple would deepen, and I lucked out. The cloud formation forming the hourglass behind the main tree was a bonus!
