I feel like I should know this, but I don't. Sorry I don't have a full image. I got the portrait and the bird flew. This was shot this morning at the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge. Some kind of Grackle was all I could guess at. Female or juvie Boat Tail??

Looks like a Brown-headed Cowbird to me, Phil. Unless juvenile Common Grackles have brown eyes and a brown head.

I'd go with female Boat-tailed Grackle based on overall color and size/shape of the bill. A Brown-headed Cowbird has a shorter stouter bill as in this photo.
