OT- LensGiant Rentals - Any Good?

I've got to reserve an ultra-wide angle lens for my trip to the north coast of Norway in November to shoot the aurora. After much thought about a Rokinon 14mm, I've decided I'm more comfortable renting a Canon 16-35/2.8 for the trip.

That said, an outfit in Michigan, LensGiant, seems to have the best pricing for a two week rental.

Anyone have any experiences with them or heard any comments from others?

I've never worked with Lens Giant but I can tell you that the customer service at Borrow Lenses is outstanding. Not sure of the cost differential but I'd willingly pay a little more to know I'm working with a company who cares about their customers.
