Can anyone reccomend a good portrait photography book, which covers lighting, posing , different face shapes etc?.

An excellent book which covers most aspects of studio and outdoor portrait photography using a variety of light sources from natural light, one flash gun, through to a full studio setup. Good practical advice on posing and lighting for different portrait effects.
