Kebler Pass last week
I spent a week in the Ridgway area from September 28th to October 3rd. As most people have reported the colors seemed to be behind. The last day of my trip I drove to to the Kebler Pass area and it was my most productive day. Here is one from that day and link to my website and the other photos from my trip.

Good morning Tom, wow what a beautiful set of fall imagery. Love waking up on a cool, brisk sat morning with a hot cup of coffee and viewing such a nice set of fall color. You certainly have picked up a style that you're sticking to with all of these images, clean color and nice vignetting. If you don't mind I'll post a few of my favs from your set. BTW, the above mountain is West Beckwith, with the summits of East Beckwith off to the left. Marcellina is the obvious rugged little peak across the road north of this scene.

Aspen Leaves...love that one

Dallas Divide...I like the first tight cropped one better than the landscape shot.

Tom, nice job on a challenging fall. Chimney Rock was the background for the shoot out in the original version of "True Grit" starring John Wayne. Rooster Cogburn was the name of the character played by John Wayne not the name of the movie.

Very very nice image, Tom, I was there around the same time and shot a sunset image that turned out quite well. Even though color the aspens were not at their peak on this side of Kebler, I believe the patchwork of various colors was outstanding,
