Thanks to all for a fine time! During night walks with my dog, I heard owls on one occasion and a pack of coyotes on another. And at Trout Creek in the late afternoon it was so beautiful with colorful foliage and the backlight from the sun angling in low, I think that was my personal favorite spot of the shoot. I heard, then found, then captured an American Dipper in midstream in the creek-- love it! When birding, it's a miracle for me to accomplish all three feats.
So next year, c'mon, join us!

Beautiful Catherine! All are well seen and composed.
Lovely. I'm partial to 1st, 3rd, and 4th. I love that frost, foggy grass with the mountain, and the dual color river abstract is very cool.

Oh...what to choose? I do like the top three.... a mix of intimate and sweep. Or the liquid reflections ...alone...don't do as much for me ... Creative and colorful...all of them. Well done, Catherine!

All very good, but my favorite is Trout Creek Close-up. I really like the combination of whitewater and clear flow, and the shutter speed just right to get the idea of movement without totally blurring all the texture. The image does look a tad dark, IMO, and it's not just my monitor because the other images look right for brightness.
