My Wish list.
Great small town not far from hospital.
Somewhere in a beautiful part of the Rockies.
Good wildlife.
Somewhere that has woods as apposed to dessert.
And yes we will need jobs.

Your requirement #1 (not far from a hospital) rules out all of the portion of the Rockies known as the Brooks Range in northern Alaska.
Not qualified to speak to the rest of the Rockies.

Keep going west for the Cascades. Then you get the coast, too. And plenty of great towns with excellent medical facilities.
