I'm interested in making a calender for 2014. For those of you that have experience with calender printing which company do you prefer and why?

Kane, for 2 years I used Lulu, but have changed to Vista for the past 3 years as the print quality and pricing seems better.

check with Erik S. He does a major calendar every year. Also Todd C. I think he still owns Skyline Press.

I've been using VistaPrint. Print quality is good, but they sometimes get the order wrong (print it on the wrong stock, etc). When they do, they correct it quickly.
I usually use my calendars as gifts for family/friends, but have started to sell them. I do make a few bucks on each.

Kane, are you looking to do a bulk order? If so, ping Bret Edge! Bret does a fairly good volume of calendars every year...
Myself, I use BayPhoto for my calendars (both normal 8.5 x 11 and 11 x 17). I sell a few, but not nearly as much as I'd like.

I can wholeheartedly NOT recommend Overnight Prints. Terrible quality. Photos don't even come close to what they are supposed to look like. Covers are scratched and have droplets of the gloss coating on them. The wire binding is bent. Total crap. Avoid these guys!!

More on Overnight Prints: I've now sent them two messages complaining of the lack of quality and asking for a refund. No response at all. Avoid these guys!
