So a month or so ago I got the e-mail advising me that my membership expires November 15 (correct) and it's time to renew. Last week I did renew a few days before the expiration date. Yesterday I received an e-mail saying it's time to renew since my membership expired September 15...followed about 5 minutes later by an e-mail saying it's time to renew since my membership expired on October 15th...followed 5 minutes later by an e-mail saying it's time to renew since my membership expires today, November 15.

Is this the new norm? If so, I'm beginning to question my decision to renew.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the e-mail I got last Monday thanking me for renewing my membership and telling me it's valid till 11/15/2014.

Bill, you missed the one saying, "sorry, it's a computer glitch". I got the same ones.

I received 3 emails as well just as you did, but a fourth followed from Donna Erhardt saying there was a problem with their email server and to disregard all emails regarding renewals. Email from Donna:

Dear NPN member,

If you just received a renewal email in the past hour, (approximately 5:30 EST on November 15 2013), PLEASE DISREGARD!

if you have sent in a payment with regards to this renewal email and your renewal is not actually due, we will reverse the payment in Paypal immediately.

We will send the correct renewal emails tomorrow on November 16 2013.

Please disregard ALL renewal notices sent today November 15 2013!

Our sincere apologies for this glitch in our email system.

Sincerely,
Donna Erhardt

I haven't seen the notification e-mail yet but that's logical. Thanks for the info.
