Good Morning!

You may have already viewed a bunch of these images I have already submitted to the landscape critique gallery, however there's a few new ones too, including a few from the Sand Dunes that technically were not a part of my Fall trip.

Time for Ice and Snow...

Very nice set of images. I very much enjoyed these. I keep seeing the bend aspen trunks, where are they at?

I've been waiting to see these and they did not disappoint. Impossible to choose a favorite as every image in this collection is portfolio worthy. Amazing work, Kane. Thanks for sharing!! :toast:

Wonderful set, Kane. Almost impossible to pick a favorite but I'm drawn to "15 Seconds of Fame" and "And then there was Light". All are stunning. Stellar work my friend.

Wow, Kane, great gallery. My absolute favorite is 15 Seconds of Fame, followed closely by Cracked, and Snowstorm. Other notables are Movers and Shakers, Painted Forest, and the Aspen Wave.

Outstanding gallery!! You just keep upping the ante each year, and your comps just get more and more sophisticated.
Too many to chose from, but my early favs are: Country Road Sunset, Winter Has Arrived, Dallas Dvd II, and Oak Archway,

Fall was good to you. Great selections.

A very nice fall set Kane. I enjoyed traveling with you to some of those spots. I would have to choose Country Road as my favorite. Have you considered a crop off the bottom leaving about 1/2 of the leading straight section of road?

They're all great but my favorites are Country Road and Oak Archway. 15 Seconds of Fame is growing on me though.

Your creative vision is on full display with this work, Kane. I love the well chosen compositions and wonderful light in all of these images. You are one of my favorite photographers. 'Nuff said.

Thanks NPN gang. The fall season was weird, but in the end we figured out where to be at the right time. Now its about taking it up a notch. Currently I'm researching the heck out of night shooting. I'm basically holding myself accountable for admitting this, so help me God...I must stay up late... Technically I'm confident I can shoot the stars, it's the right locations and proper artificial landscape lighting I'm working to understand. I'll jump into this kind of scene starting New Years with a trip to Arches and the Escalate. I will need your critical eye to speak the truth concerning my new en devour, especially the post processing piece.

I'm eager to see what I can do with this nightime stuff, so let's get this thing going.

Outstanding work, Kane. Not a average image in the bunch, and all are too good to pick one favorite for me.

Good luck with the night shots, and we'll all be waiting to see what you come up with. :toast:

Fantastic images, Kane. Just a delight perusing the entire set. Congrats on a very productive fall. Looking forward to the nightscape images. :wavey:

Kane, WOW! Awesome imagery in that collection. I especially liked county road and winter has arrived. I hope 2014 is as fun and productive as last year!

Beautiful work Kane! I love your processing of these images. The Sneffels image with the fresh snow and autumn colors was really sweet!

My word do you continue to pump out exceptional images. Besides your creativity in taking the images, your post processing skills are clearly impeccable. If you were so inclined, you could make a good living just creating processing videos for purchase. You ARE as good as I have seen... anywhere.

Kane,

A beautiful collection. You're starting to hit personal images more often, and that's a tough stage to get to. Congratulations on improving your post-processing skills as well.

"Country Road" calls quietly, but insistently. I like the Bells shot; do you think you could push the sky darker without losing anything?

I think "And there was light" and "Oak Bouquet" are both portfolio-level shots. Very nicely done.
