When I click on a photo thumbnail in the galleries, or the portfolios, I do not get a larger viewable size. All I can see is just the thumbnail size. What am I doing wrong? I have have sent an email about this but no response as of yet. Please, can someone help me. Thanks, Cheyenne Howell
I can see the optional larger files when I click on view larger file.

Cheyenne, all seems fine here on my PCs.
Have you made any changes to your browser settings? Have you tried a different browser?
I am using Firefox .I do not think I have made any changes that would create this problem. I will check again to see.May need to call a PC tech. Thanks for the reply tho Jim, it has given me a starting point to help figure out what is causing the problem. I will boot up my other desktop computer and see if I have this problem on it .

Be sure you are opening the link and not the image.
If I "right-click" on the thumbnail (using Safari on a Mac) and select "Open Image..." then I get a new tab or window showing only the thumbnail.
If I use "Open Link..." then I get the 720px image with the photographer's notes.
When you click on the thumbnail in the gallery and the thumbnail size image displays, do you also see the comment entry box and any comments? Or, is all you are seeing is the small image?
Hi Preston, I click on the thumbnail to see a bigger image, but no image comes up, only the comment entry box and other comments., I was working on my laptop when this happened, but when I moved over to the desktop computer every thing is fine. There must be a problem with the laptop. I will just have it checked out now that I know the problem is probably with this computer. Thanks all for your advise.
OK. You say it's working on your desktop, but not the laptop. I am assuming both machines are using the same browser. This points to a setting that somehow got changed in the copy of Firefox on the laptop.
Try this: Open Firefox on your desktop. Hit the "alt" key to display the command bar. In Tools, click 'Options'. Do the same on the laptop. Check the settings in both, they should be the same.
If that doesn't work, try updating Firefox. If that fails to fix it, uninstall it, download a clean copy and then reinstall.
What operating system are you using? Are you seeing this in another browser on your laptop, if you have one?

Before reinstalling the browser, I'd try completely clearing the cache and settings. In Firefox or IE you can do that by hitting "Ctrl-Shift-Del" on a PC. (If you're using a Mac, I assume it's something like "Command-Shift-Del"). Then make sure you select "everything", or all check boxes and selections and hit OK/Yes.
You could also try to restart Firefox without any add-ons - that should be available in the help menu. It's possible that one of them is causing an issue.
Finally, if you go to "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" you should be able to reset all Firefox preferences to default.
I'd try those things one at a time, and if you still can't load correctly, then I'd try re-installing FF.
Thanks, Preston and David, but I am completely, or maybe almost, computer illiterate as far as fixing problems. This laptop has a mind of its own. I did the ctrl-shift-delete and nothing happened, except losing a shortcut on my desktop. Preston, both computers show the same in options in Firefox. I am still using Windows XP Professional, cause I like it, which causes me to lose out on a lot of photo filters. .I can see the extra large images but not the regular ones. Maybe I will get brave enough to reinstall Firefox. My next step in to reset all Firefox preferences to default as David has suggested.
Resetting Firefox back to default did not fix the issue. Next I will check the add-ons

Cheyenne - A couple more things...
1) Did you try any other browsers to make sure this is limited to a Firefox issue?
2) Ctrl-Shift-Del will bring up a smaller pop-up window to reset preferences. It's done that for quite a few versions of Firefox, so if you didn't get that window, something else is likely wrong. And if you were in Firefox (if it was the active program, the active window), there's no way it should have done anything to icons on your desktop. You might want to try it again.
Finally, what version of Firefox do you have? You can find it by going to "Help -> About Firefox" in the menus. The current version is 26.0 I believe. If you aren't up to date there, you can try to just update to the current version without doing a full re-install.
I used windows explorer, but it doesn't load photographs either. I am using Firefox 26.0. Must not be a Firefox issue. Larger photographs load in another web window. I am at a loss for what the problem is right now. Very irritating tho.

So Internet Explorer exhibits the same behavior as Firefox? And both won't show the full photo, but WILL show the larger versions which open in a separate window?
If so, I'm not sure what else to try. It could be that your firewall is blocking something, or there could be a Windows system issue. You could try running with your firewall/antivirus turned off for a moment just to check.

Do you have image issues with any other websites?
