Congrats to all the honorees (and thank you for the HM, that came as a surprise). It was nice seeing so many of the year's top photos again and catching up on the ones I missed the first time.

I agree with David, that special thanks are due to the moderators and the "editors" (Jim and Donna) for all of their efforts. This is a special honor and if you look at my posts over the years, it's easy to see how the constructive quality of the comments has helped me grow as a photographer. Thanks to all.

Congratulations to all of the photographers who won - it is much deserved. It's nice to see some new names and particularly some "old" names in there that have been posting great images for many years without getting the credit deserved. You are all an inspiration and are proof that years of hard work can pay off. Also thank you to Jim, Donna and all of the mods involved for all of your hard work. NPN may not be what it was when I first signed up 5 years ago, but there is still a great core of people who put in a lot of effort and the number of high quality images (and critiques) posted daily cannot be matched anywhere else.
