My brother and I spent a very cold Christmas morning up at Dream Lake. It was my first time there shooting the ice and I had a great time looking for compositions. Click on the link for the whole set of images. Any critiques would be greatly appreciated.
Scott, a great collection from Dream Lake. I think your color tonalities in all of these images are spot on. Are you going to the Shindig?

Thanks Bret and Kane. No, I won't be going this year. I'm actually living in Washington, DC for the time being. I was just out there last week for a week of snowboarding so couldn't swing it this year. Hope y'all have a great time though!
Excellent title to go with another great abstract from there, Scott.

Really nice set Scott. Makes one dry Arizonan want to drive several hundred miles to Dream Lake. At first, the gold light spots in #1 on your site caught the eye, but on second viewing, I like them. Blues blacks bubbles and cracks- great combo of patterns.

Great set of ice cracks, Scott. My favorite is the 1st one on your link with the hint of color in the upper right quadrant, and the one posted here is a close 2nd. Great title as well!

Very nice collection of images, Scott. I particularly liked the fourth one down with what I presume is blowing snow on the ice. The soft lines from the blowing snow contrast nicely with the hard lines from the cracks in the ice and I really like the vibrant blue color.

Well done set for sure. I can appreciate your comment about the cold. Was up there last Monday only to have a poor sunrise and constant 20mph wind. I wimped out and left.
