Wildlife Moderators,
I thought I would pass this by you first to make sure I am complying with the wildlife posting rules for future postings. I understand and support the wildlife posting rules stating "Photos of captive wildlife taken at commercial game farms or photos taken using bait of any kind are prohibited". We leave out 2 small water trays in the desert behind our place mostly for the birds. Sometimes other animals drink from the water trays as they pass by, sometimes they do not. We do not feed the animals and last year I took down my bird feeders in the back desert so we only have the water trays in the desert about 50 feet off the back porch. I would like some input or clarification about if the water trays are considered "using bait of any kind".
Thank you,
Jim

You'll probably get as many answers as there are members to this one. But to me, it's a matter of disclosure. As long as you disclose the water trays in your description, I'm good with it.
