I posted this on FB, but of course can't really get any advice there...i only can keep 2 or 3 of these for web purposes, so if you could help me choose the top two id appreciate it. This is from the
Barr Trail a week or so ago after a light overnight snow--i hiked up a couple miles to take some timelapse and a bunch of stills of the top of the fog layer. 10 shots total...8 must go http://www.stanroseimages.com/blog/why-i-love-fog/
Hi Stan. I prefer 4,5,and 6. Although all of them are similar.
Nice conditions!

Stan, Barr None that you just posed in ESS and this are the two images that get my preferences. I do see a vertical composition in this image by cropping outside the two pine trees on the left and the right to eliminate the orange rocks on the right whose color draws the eye to the edge.

Nice shooting Stan, the results of a lot of persistence. I like them all for the atmosphere of fog, but if I had to choose 2 I would take 3, 6, and 10 (3 choices please!) Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, folks!
Scott--the timelapse is out--see my last post here. Incidentally, Rumble.com is featuring it on their
front page right now in the 'viral' category http://www.rumble.com
