Bygone Dreams
I've watched this old farm house as I've driven to work, waiting for some interesting clouds and skies.
I'd like your impressions and opinions on the photograph as presented and suggestions to improve.

Thanks,

Rich

I wouldn't touch it. The dark mood is just right.

I'm with Bill. This is perfect just the way it is. Really nice work!

Hi Richard. Like the others, I'm with ya on the Black And White application. Love the mood on this scene. My only suggestion would to vignette only the upper left and right corners vs all four. And maybe transition the vignette easier, it's pretty dark to my eye, but that's my taste. This will allow your two subjects to breathe a little. They feel little cramped with the existing four corner vignette, especially the house. Nice comp btw.

This is really nice. You definitely found the right light and clouds.

Beautiful. I am a structure geek and could really see this hanging on a wall. Needs some John Cougar (Mellencamp) playing in the background.

Richard, the barren tree compliments the abandoned house well to set a mood. The vignette seems a little tight to the house and a little too dark on the left edge and ulc, imo.
