Kingfisher
Hi all,

Visited the beautiful Norfolk Broads, and managed to spend lots of time watching a Kingfisher, resulting in this photo. Such a special little bird, a real treat to see.

Nikon D300s
Sigma 500mm f4
Tripod, bag hide

1/160 sec @ f8 ISO-400

Hope you're all well, thanks for looking!

A great subject, big in frame against a pleasing background, an excellent composition . A treat to view.

What a splendid shot of this fabulous little bird, excellent detail and a great pose. Would like a bit more space around the bird but that's just a personal choice. :wavey:
