Flower explosion on the Tundra
Old Man on the Mountain - No, not just me. But many Old Man flowers blooming profusely up high in Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park.
Since many of the high trails still have snow issues, I focused on scenes off Trail Ridge Rd. Glad I did.
This is a three image blend for exposure, focus, and dealing with lens flare. As always, critique and recommendation requested.

Very nice image, Ken. I like the composition and the way that the receding flowers add depth. The backlighting really brings this to life. It looks like a phenomenal year for tundra flowers.

The backlit flowers are superb, Ken! Also, great use of blending.

The flowers backlit very well. One option may be to crop the top half of the sky making more of a pano and putting more emphasis on the flowers. Your blend looks real good.

Excellent blending, which I could do half as well!

Thanks for all the kind words! Every time I view this image, it brings me back to how fantastic the conditions turned out to be after a dismal weather day.
