I fell off the NPN wagon for a couple years... Recently I figured that since I still lurk around here regularly I might as well participate again!
Here's a shot from Sunday night up on Stony Pass near Silverton. Lots of big dense patches of paintbrush, some with purple and yellow flowers and columbines mixed in. Looking really good up there, everything's green too and the snow's almost all gone.
Sony A7R + Canon 24mm TS-E, with the lens at full tilt aligned diagonally to match the flower slope's optical plane. Two exposures blended together, one to keep the much brighter sky in check. f/16, ISO 400
Well that's a perfect wildflower shot. This is an easy scene to cool off but the natural warm light here sings! No critique here. I'll take one of these on my wall!
Jack, I'm heading down there this friday through weds. Thinking Highlands Mary Lakes, to a far point to shoot the Grenadiers. GE will get you to the preferred view up that drainage. Do you think the tundra flowers will be in show by mon or tues? I get the feeling I may a bit too early. If interested, or any variation of area let me know.

Thanks Kane! Yeah, I couldn't resist the warm "shade" white balance for this one.
Difficult to say generally about the tundra flowers. This shot here was basically up on the tundra, pretty high towards the top of Stony Pass. But probably we still need a little more time for the higher tundra, I'd say. But Stony did look better here as far as flower density than anything else I could see around. But in any case there's lots of tundra sunflowers and little purple tundra flowers all over the place. It's so gorgeous around there right now you can't go wrong, flowers or not. Everything's green as can be.
Check my link above for some shots of the Grenadiers from this morning.
Not sure if I can join you; got family coming into town.
