Last Chase
Trying to catch up on my photos--here's some from my (probably)last out-of-state storm chase of the season, from a couple weeks ago in Kansas. Full story at my blog:

Stan, you really do have a great ability to capture the essence of a storm! All are gorgeous captures with wonderful color. The only recommendation I would have is to crop or clone out the utility pole. My eye tends to focus on the lean of that pole.

Checked out your blog-wow! Your "Super Cell Mania: Night Approaches" image is outstanding. I think even more than this one, if that is possible. The telephone pole, for me, is not a problem. It leads my eye to the others and straight into the heart of the storm. Wonderful.

Love the blue highlights in the clouds Stan...it really adds a ton to the dynamics of this image. The red sky with the lightning in the lower half is very unique form anything else I have seen similar to this. Nice work! BTW....I would also crop the telephone pole..it really does pull your eye form the lightning bolt and it feels intrusive.
