The Milky Way over the Guadalupe Mountains in west Texas. When given clear skies by day-go nocturnal and capture the stars.
I now plan most of my trips around the new moon just to have the opportunity to be able to photograph the Milky Way if there are not clouds for great sunsets.
This was such a trip earlier this year. No great sunrises or or sunsets, but getting the Milky Way over the Guads was pretty darn cool.
