Yes, Phil, Gulf Shores. My first visit to a beach since I was a kid...what an incredible place. Quiet, peaceful off-season paradise. I could easily become a beach bum after this... :cool:

Phil....this is THE Redneck Riviera.....I grew up in Pensacola and lived much of my life on Perdido Key, which is just across Perdido Pass from Gulf Shores. All my beach photos are from there, because it will always be home!
It's so great, that Jimmy Buffett goes there! But, don't tell anyone about it! After Hurricane Frederick over 30 years ago, it got built up like crazy. You used to be able to see ALL the stars, that fell on Alabama :biggrin:
