I'm licensing an image to a Montana-based tourism agency. They want to use the image on their website homepage. I'm having a difficult time deciding what the market territory would be, whether it would be USA, North America, or Worldwide? Any help is appreciated!
(I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum, Photo Marketing forum doesn't seem to see much use these days.)

Worldwide because it's a website and the nature on the business is to draw those NOT in Montana. My best guess anyway!
