Please join Ram Pai and I in welcoming 2014 EPA winner Phil Hodgkins to the Flora moderator team. Phil has made immense strides as a photographer since joining NPN and is an acknowledged master of focus stacking which has enabled him to produce many stunning images. But even more importantly for his new role as moderator he is a consistent and constructive critiquer of posts throughout the site and not just in Flora. We are most pleased that Phil has agreed to join the team and we look forward to his ongoing contributions.

An obvious choice for the new position as Phil's contributions are undeniable and his body of work speaks for itself. There is no doubt that Phil will be an asset towards the entire Moderator Team at NPN.
As with all new Moderators however, I am never quite sure if congratulations or condolences are in order as they assume their new positions. Man !
Congratulations on this recognition, Phil! I know there is a significant investment of time, energy and consideration in serving as a moderator; we are grateful for your willingness to take on this role! Both the quality and quantity of your comments and the obvious desire you demonstrate to help each NPN member improve their photography make you ideally suited.
