Hi everybody, I'm headed to Panama City Beach in Florida for vacation in less than 2 weeks. I'll be about an hour away from St. Marks Wildlife Refuge. I'm wondering if anybody is familiar with that area and could give me any tips regarding locations to shoot in there. It sounds like a huge place. Thanks for any guidance!

Only familiar with Palm Beach County on the east coast - enjoy!
What are you primarily interested in shooting? Birds are everywhere, although many fewer than in years past. Watch the tides, and head to any beach! Look for good tides at sunrise and sunset.
Also, here are some nearly parks that are full of birds: (no need to go an hour away) http://www.visitpanamacitybeach.com/things-to-do/eco-nature/
Thanks Sandy, someone told me a while back that St. Marks Wildlife Refuge was a "hot spot" for wintering birds. Thanks for your advice, I will be exploring some of the local parks first and then if I feel the need I'll check out St Marks. Thanks again.
