I am curious how people are cleaning their D810 sensor.
I did the automatic cleaning routine, then did the "manual" cleaning, but only with a Giotto Rocket blower. What are you doing (if anything) to get the dust that won't come off with those routines?

Either use the wet method or the gell stick

What is the gel stick? I've never heard of it before.

Hali and Preston: I think the gel stick being referred to is the highly-regarded sensor cleaning tool being marketed by Photography Life website. I was intrigued but cautious but the overall feedback has been very good for over a year now I think.
Here's the page at Photography Life for the Gel Stick.
It looks interesting.

I use the blower and the built in cleaning. When things get bad, I take the camera to a shop and spend about $100. A friend of mine and a very technically proficient person damaged his sensor by cleaning it himself. That was enough for me.
