This winter has been tough over most of the country. I have a workshop planned for April in the mountains of North Carolina. Anybody know of a resource I can contact to get input on how the winter has impacted the potential wildflower bloom in this area? Government agency? Garden Club? Camera Club? Something else? Or if you have insight yourself, great, appreciate any help.

Thanks
