I was thinking that your pictures from World Naked Gardening Day May 2nd might be a good choice for us to get to know one another a little better but due to the cold weather in the Rockies and the associated shrinkage factor maybe we'll postpone that theme till next year.
Everyone looks for a great sky whether as the main element or the icing on the cake. Let's do Fairytale Skies for the May theme. My starter is from the Superstition Mountain area of Arizona.
"Clearing Thunderstorm at Sunrise", Bryce Canyon National Park. From 2013, back when I was living in Utah. I'd gone down to Bryce almost as much to hang out as anything else and was woken up in pitch darkness by rain on the tent walls; I turned over and went back to sleep. When the alarm went off an hour later, I wasn't sure I wanted to head out in the rain. It was worth it, to say the least.
For the sake of the submission, I almost wish this was taken at Fairyland Point, but it's not. Bryce Point, I think.
Great to see the other submissions. I miss living out there.

I'm not sure if mine is quite Fairy tale, more Grimm's Fairy tales? :) This is from a very dynamic sunset from the top of Mt Evans a few years back.
