Red Throated Diver
Here is another picture from my recent trip to Sweden, This image was taken in early morning. The water was really calm but never produced a mirror image.

Canon EOS 1D MkII, 500mm Lens, F4, 1/250, ISO Rating 200

Very nice. I like the low angle.

Fantatstic,

I think I prefer the muted reflection compared to a glass like surface :toast: :toast:

Reflection or not, this is superb. Minor nit is the BG but that's a matter of taste.

What a great image, lovely colours and only enhanced by the low angle.

Hi Danny

What a beauty - I much prefer a muted reflection. Definately the best image so far from your recent trip to Scandinavia!

Hi Danny

Fantastic colour and detail, very appealing shot. My only minor nit is you have positioned the bird centrally in the frame, I would prefer the bird slightly lower and having a bit more space above the bird. A personal taste thing though. Other than that this is a cracking image and one to be proud of.

cheers

Hi Danny
Fantastic shot, lovely BG colours. Gives a sense calm, with an alert bird. May be a bit tight on the left but I would be delighted with it. Look like it was a good trip.
