Shrine Pass conditions?

As anyone been to Shrine Pass recently?  It usually peaks around the end of July, and curious if that's going to be true for this year...

A few of us are meeting at the Shrine Ridge trailhead at around 7am tomorrow (the 26th) if anyone is interested in joining.
