It's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it. laugh

Two exposures naturally, 10 seconds for the ground and 1/3 for the moon. f/2 @ ISO 1600. Used a good ol' 50mm lens on my 5D3. Stood at the foothills of the McDowell Mtns in Scottsdale. Sky was grungy gray from the long expsore (and some light pollution from Fountain Hills, AZ), so I used Nik Viveza 2 to cut the brightness on the black sky only, does a better job IMO than the black slider in ACR. Anyway, there it is.

Yikes, you really can't see the terra firma in the first shot with the bright white webpage background. Oh well, here's a closer look, lol...

I shot mine around 20 miles south of you - in Chandler. Single exposure, 2 sec @ f/18, ISO 200. Highlights and shadows adjusted in Lightroom. The banding in the sky is from the recovery- I will likely do another edit when I have more time and interest.
