Critiques Please

Shot this morning of Oct. 3. It is a stitch of 35 images each shot at f-13, 1/50, ISO 100, 100mm, cropped to 40"x60".

John,

At first glance, the stitiching appears (as best I can determine from my small laptop screen) flawless.  However, upon closer inspection, there is a line of trees, descending from the left edge just below the distance rock outcrops, whose tops appear to have been "clipped" like shrubbery.

Compositionally, the overall image would, IMO, be strengthened if you were to clone out the diagonal tree in the lower right corner.  Less objectionable is the leaning tree on the right side, but I would have cropped the image to just eliminate these two distractions from the overall effect of leading the eye straight up to the sky.

Howard, thanks for the comments. Regarding the line of trees, I looked at the original image for that section of the stitch and they are represented accurately. They do appear to be "clipped" in the orginal.  Per your suggestion, I may try to clone out the diagonal tree.

John, for suggestions, I would be inclined to crop off the bottom oof grasses, leaving the brighter clump of lit trees.  The lower section of shaded trees seem a bit muddy and might benefit from some added clarity/local contrast.  This scene may be better in the evening when there is light on the west side of the chimney to help make it stand out more and pull the eyes through the trees to the rock formation.  35 stitched images, dang, that should print big.
