Death Valley Flooded

This is a link about the flooding a few weeks ago in Death Valley sent to me by a friend.  If any of you are planning on visiting Death Valley this winter & going off the pavement, you should check the NPS road conditions page before & as you're on the road.  Badwater road is closed, as is Racetrack.

Thanks, Monika.  I totally missed this on the news. Fortunately, DV was not in my travel plans this year. Looks like Scotty's Castle will need some major restoration. Probably quite some time before it can reopen.
