Any old photo film buffs should enjoy and appreciate this.  Even if you never shot film, I think you'll appreciate as well.

Paul, I'm sure you'll enjoy this as I thought of you and so posting here.  Perhaps you've already seen this.  My son sent to me today.  He wanted to make sure I never give up my Capturingtime.com domain.... ;-)

Lon, thanks for sharing this. I'd seen it quite awhile back at the APUG site, but wanted to review it once again. A salute to the folks who do this kind of in depth work and rescuing the history associated with each roll. The time and effort is truly amazing. I could not get that deep into the hand processing beyond scanning the results.

If you've not seen the movie Finding Vivian Maire it is a real gem for old photo buffs. I think I got it off Netflix last year. http://www.findingvivianmaier.com/

ah, the magical alchemy of developing film.  i love that moment of pulling wet film from the reel, hanging it up and the elation of seeing well exposed negatives with all the promise of what i envisaged at the time ... nice video!

Paul,  thanks for the link to the Vivian Maier piece, finally watched the trailer.  Amazing what's out there, and yet to be found.

Stuart, or that deflating angry feeling when all you see is clear film..... angel enlightened  I'm sure that never happens...
