I've just been participating on the NP site for about a month now. I notice members don't seem to be using the regional sites much. One might expect some threads on conditions ala trip reports and the like. I am out in the field quite often and am quite tuned into wildflower blooms from such work over many years. So after lurking the last weeks and noticing nothing much going on, I decided to post the below since it doesn't fit in any other forum and might stir something up here haha.

I just completed creating a slide show on my website wildflower closeups page that sequences through all 76 wildflower closeups. Unlike the 90 landscape images on my home page index, I have not yet bothered to market any of these wildflower images so the page at this point is just for entertainment. Also most have been taken by compact digital cameras the last few years so are not of the high resolution nature of my 4x5 work. One can interrupt the slide show at any time by selecting the Stop and or Help fields to run single step, speed it up or down etc.

On my homepage at http://www.davidsenesac.com , select the "Wildflower Closeup Slideshow" field which will open a subpage with an introduction and an index for individually selecting wildflower images. In the top paragraphy one can enter the slideshow by selecting "Wildlflower Slide Show". ...David

Hello David,

I just viewed your wildflower slide show. What a fascinating collection! I specially enjoyed the wide views you made with the 4x5 camera. I can imagine what a 38x30 print must look like.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Anil, since we both live in Santa Clara County, you are likely to get a chance to see some of those prints.
