How are the images chosen for sale on the Prints for Sale section on the Home Page?  Can any NPN member put their images up for sale?  If so, what is the process, the pricing guidelines, from where are they printed, shipped, etc.  Can you please fill me in.  I'm sure many of us could use this outlet as a possible way to make some cash for that new camera!

Pat,

Interesting. I do not go to the NPN home page much, so I had not noticed the Nature Prints content.

I am am going to take a SWAG at your questions...

"How are the images chosen for sale on the Prints for Sale section on the Home Page?"

I think that when you post an image to a critique gallery and enter a URL under Include In Nature Prints Gallery, your image will be visible in Nature Photo Prints Gallery.

From the Post a Photo page:

"Include in Nature Prints Gallery - if you offer a print of this photo for sale on your personal or business website, you can create a Purchase Print link to the page on your site where the photo is offered."

"Can any NPN member put their images up for sale?"

I believe this is open to all Premium Members.

"If so, what is the process, the pricing guidelines, from where are they printed, shipped, etc. "

Pricing, sizes, specifications, and fulfillment (printing, packaging, and shipping) are the responsibility of the member who offers a print for sale.

From the image upload page:

"Note - all transactions are entirely between you and the purchaser. You are solely responsible for pricing, sales, order fulfillment, etc. NPN takes no commission nor are we responsible in any way for any transaction that takes place as a result of using this service."

I hope this helps, and if Jim, or other member has more info, I sure we would be more than happy to see it.

Hi Patricia,

If you post your images on a sales page, you can link to that Url when you post an image to Npn.  I link to my pixels web page and it gets me a little more exposure to prospective buyers....................................Jim
