I'm looking for a photo editing app for iPhone that is capable of:
1) Resizing an image to a particular size, and
2) Renaming the image file before saving

For example, I have a photo that is 3264x2448 pixels and the file is IMG_1234.jpg and I want to resize it to 720x540 pixels and save as prettyflower.jpg

Is there an app for that?
