I was poking around Anandtech this morning and found this capsule report on the new Dell UltraSharp UP3017 30" monitor.
This is a professional-grade monitor with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2560 × 1600. It supports 99% Adobe RGB and 99% of sRGB. You can find the specs here. Launch price is $1249.
It comes factory calibrated, but one can use Dell’s UltraSharp color calibration software and X-rite colorimeters.
