Paint Mines Monday
Several of us locals drove out to the Paint Mines near Calhan this morning to mine some of the scenery. Here's a sample with a couple more posted to my portfolio.

I'm looking forward to see other's work from this past holiday weekend!

Oh great. I was just there on Sunday. I had a great time exploring the park. Is that a jet contrail above the formation?

Nice work Ken! I hadn't heard of the Paint Mines before. Now I've got one more location on my list of "Places to Photograph Someday". :biggrin:
