What happens for the rest of 2016 ?

For Jim and other Moderators -

What exactly happens now, for the rest of the year ?  I wasn't able to participate in NPN much at all in 2015, and can't remember.

One more set of WP's, closed last night,  announced around the end of  next week?

Then, no more WP's until the end of the year, so the overworked Moderators can work on their yearly picks?

Thx for a great site!

Sandy

Found  part of the answer from Jim in an earlier thread :
Is there a WP chosen from these? or no more WP's til next year?
Should we not be posting to Galleries other than the WC Gallery?
Just some clarification, please...
Sandy

This is the last WC of 2016!

From 12/18 through 12/31 will be the Editor's Pick Awards break, at which time the NPN staff selects the best photos of 2016.  During this 2-week break, post you favorite photos of 2016 in the WC gallery (see theme no. 767 on WC Themes page).

Thanks for posting your superb nature photos on NPN!

Sandy: You can still post in every gallery but there will be no specific WP for the week ending 12/24. However the first WPs of 2017 will come from images posted during the holiday break - 12/18 through 12/31.

Bill, thanks for the clarification!
