Partridge
Popped along to Elmley Marshes late this Sunday, the water and wildlife seemed to have returned, found a couple of these Partridge late in the day as the light was fading.

Hi Colin

Nicely taken image of the Grey Partridge. Like the surroundings too.
They set the bird of well. For me it would have been even better if the bird had turned its head to the side a little more.

I like this.
A winter bird in an early summer scene. Yeah, it fits

Like it Colin, although agree that the head slightly more in profile would have been nice, good setting.....

Its good to hear that things are returning to normal at Elmley, the Yellow Wagtail nimbers are up this year too after being almost non existant last year.

You will have to let me know when you are going down again, I'm only up the road a bit in Medway.....

Hello Colin
Agree about the head turn, but still a good image.
Best wishes

Very nice image, but a shame that the lighting is a little flat, a bit of hazy sun would have set it off nicely.

Hi Colin

Excellent image. Good composition and the spring flowers in the field make it an attractive shot. No nits really.
