Hi - I believe this is a Tawny eagle. .

In both cases, it's a juvenile Bataleur (eagle).  The short tail is one distinct feature of the Bateleur that makes it easier to identify in the air... the shape looks different from many other African eagles (including the Tawny) in that respect.
