I have a photo that I just want to delete out of my photos. Is there a way. I know if I want to keep it I just check the box when I am posting it but now I want it gone.

Edit the photo (click Edit under the photo from the gallery) and you can unclick the box, then it will be deleted tonight.

Thank you Barbara, I will try it.

Norma, I think maybe that only works after the 35 days that an image stays in your gallery automatically.

Barbara his is right about the 35 day window, Norma.  Even that does not always work.  I have one particular photo in my gallery where I unchecked that box and the picture is still there over two years later...

The other option is to contact the moderator of that gallery, they can do a direct delete.

That's been my experience too - that even if unchecked, the image can remain in our galleries for months or years.

A photo in any of the Recognition galleries (such as the Weekly Picks) must be manually deleted by a moderator or admin.
