Has anyone used the Nikon Snapbridge with D500?

I'm curious if anyone has experience with the Nikon Snapbridge app to link thier D500 and iPhone. I'm especially interested if they have used the feature where you can remotely trigger the camera using an iPhone.

Tried. Failed. Nikon makes cameras and lenses really well. They suck at software.
