I need to develop a presentation of my African photos. Looking for a simple program to make a slide program with. I have PSE14 as well as LR, but have no idea how to use LR. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Here are a bunch of others to look at - be careful, as some may be trials where you cannot SAVE what you made.
Others are truly free forever. Read reviews carefully.

It's easy to create a slide show in Lightroom. Create a "Collection" (bottom of the left hand menu). Add the images that you want to show to that collection. Select the collection and arrange the pictures in the order of your presentation. When it's time for the show, open LR, go to the first image and put LR into the full frame mode. Then the arrow key will take you to the next (or previous) slide.
When you go to download something from CNET, look at the download page carefully. They will sometimes have other stuff like search engines and browsers that will get downloaded automatically unless you specifically opt out. These things are really annoying, and are a pain to get rid of. It's gotten better at CNET, but it used to be huge problem.
This is not to put down Sandy's suggestion, but only as a note to careful.
It is always best to download from the software maker's site, if you can.
John, Mark's solution to use LR is excellent, unless you need something more sophisticated. If you know someone close by who has MS Office, PowerPoint is excellent. You can add text and music, if you like.

It is very easy to use.
You can download if you don't have for 30 days trail-And save what you do without a problem.
If you have a problem with it I WILL BE WILLING TO SHOW YOU USING (TEAM VIEWER)
